Maintenance packages are offered exclusively to past or existing Peregrine clients: We are invested in making sure your yard always inspires you.

If you would like multiple maintenance offerings we offer package discounts of up to $50 off per item.

Travel fees may be applicable for out of area maintenance.

All charges must be paid in full prior to the scheduled maintenance date. NSF and Credit Card payments may be subject to a 5% fee.

No maintenance services include cleaning up or picking up pet waste – this must be done prior to your booked maintenance package.

Spring Cleanout

Let us get that water feature sparkling for another season: we will drain and clean your feature with a thorough pressure washing and clearing of debris (don’t worry if you have fish…we will will transfer them to a holding tank while we clean), add gravel and top up any areas that need it, cut-back aquatic & marginal plants where needed, inspect pumps and lights for proper operation, inspect plumbing for leaks, clean off any filter pads or bioballs, remove any winter equipment such as heaters or in pond aeration pumps, re-fill water feature, re-install pumps and start-up water feature, change out automatic dosing system treatment bag, add detoxifier to ponds and transfer fish, and add the first dose of beneficial bacteria to jump start the ecosystem.

Fall Shut Down

Let us winterize your feature for you: we will pull the pumps from the feature, blow out lines, add customer supplied floating heater, and add an in-pond pump (for pond features where fish are to be kept over the winter).

Spring Cleanup

Clean away the winter: we will provide a full sweeping, leaf blowing, washing and paver cleaning, refill polymeric sand if needed, in-patio drain box clear outs.

Protect your investment by stain proofing and weather proofing your paving stone: we will seal flatwork with a penetrating gloss level sealer of your choice (matte – low – medium – high).

Turf Deodorizer and Anti-Bacterial

Let us add a natural deodorizer to your turf. We can kill any bacteria, break down any organic debris, and neutralize any odors…and all with a product that is flora and fauna safe. Highly recommended for families with pets: we will apply the deodorizer via a hose attachment that dilutes it with water and spray down all your turf areas.
